What is available today, and how to get started.

No public installer yet

There is currently no public, notarized Glint download. A downloadable version is being prepared. The installer, release notes and compatibility details will appear here when available.

Get the tools

Xcode and developer tools — Apple. Select a compatible version for your Mac and iPhone.
Additional Apple developer downloads. Apple may require sign-in.
For native control setup, Python is also needed. The development environment used Python 3.13 and a pinned runtime; see Developer setup.

Install the downloadable version

The installer is not available yet. When released, this page will provide the official download, supported macOS versions, installation instructions and the release notes.

There is nothing to download or install from this website today. Use the requirements guides to understand which connection fits your needs.

After installation

Open Glint and review the Welcome guide.
Start with USB viewing to check a fresh live picture.
Follow the separate control or Wi-Fi requirements if you want those features.

Moving to another Mac

Phone trust, pairing and developer-service preparation are local to each Mac. Recreate those steps on a new Mac rather than copying pairing records or local runtime folders. Final installer instructions will explain what is bundled.
